What is the guarantee for purchasing products at iSelect by Airlink?

All products purchased from iSelect by Airlink are covered by the official Apple warranty.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Please visit an Authorized Apple Service Center with your warranty card and purchase invoice.

Can I also make a warranty claim at another Service Center?

Yes. You may submit your warranty claim at any official Apple Authorized Service Center.

Are the products genuine?

iSelect by Airlink is an Apple Premium & Authorized Reseller in Pakistan, established and operated by Air Link Communication Ltd. All products sold are genuine Apple products, covered by the official Apple warranty, and their IMEI numbers are officially registered.

Important Information for Online Purchases

  • Customers must record a continuous unboxing video before turning on or activating the device.
  • The serial number and IMEI number must be clearly visible in the unboxing video.
  • If any physical defects (scratches, dents, etc.) are found, do not turn on or activate the device.
  • Customers must report the issue to Customer Service and attach the complete unboxing video.
  • If the customer activates the device before reporting physical damage, the warranty claim may be rejected.
  • If no physical defects are found, customers may continue the activation process while recording the unboxing video.
  • Damage caused after unboxing or buyer-related damage cannot be claimed under warranty.
  • Factory defects or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must include the complete unboxing video.
